1. Your vehicle must be road legal
Before dispatch we check your registration for tax and MOT status against the DVLA vehicle record. If the vehicle is untaxed, has no valid MOT or is declared SORN, we cannot supply a driver and the booking is cancelled.
2. Insurance is your responsibility
Your policy must cover our driver, either through an 'any driver' clause, a named-driver endorsement, or appropriate hire-and-reward cover. You must upload a valid certificate before the job starts, and it must be in date on the day of the job.
If cover cannot be evidenced, the job is cancelled under the standard cancellation terms and we bear no liability for the vehicle or its contents.
3. Our drivers
All drivers are directly employed or engaged by us, licence-checked, and covered by our employer's and public liability insurance. Drivers work to legal driving-hours and break rules and may refuse any task that is unsafe, overloaded or unlawful.
4. Fines and damage
Fines caused by a driver's own conduct are ours. Fines arising from vehicle condition, loading or your instructions are yours. Damage claims are handled through your policy unless caused by our driver's proven negligence.
5. Minimum booking and overtime
A 3-hour minimum applies. Time beyond the booked window is charged in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
